"Tim Pyrcik is our agent and he is the best. We’ve been working with him for many years and he is very knowledgeable and reliable. We insured with him all our cars and home. He always finds the best cost of us. He explains all possible options before selling insurance policy. For example, I don’t drive one of my cars and was wasting money paying full coverage. He told me I could just pay for comprehensive coverage since my car is stored in garage all the time. I didn’t know about that and now we are saving lots of money on that. He always gets in touch to check if our life is still the same and it doesn’t need any changes in our policies. Tim is also very quick at doing his job. I needed to swap insurance coverages between 2 cars. One broke and I couldn’t drive it so I needed it to put it on comprehensive coverage and switch my stored in garage car to full coverage. Tim replied and changed everything for me within 30 minutes after I sent him email! I highly recommend working with Tim!"

"Everyone there works quickly to address my concerns. One woman went above and beyond when there was a question about a new VIN number. "Update as of 8-28-2025 Today I spoke with Joel and once again received excellent service! Bonus is they contacted me to let me know my rate is going DOWN! Still a very satisfied customer! I switched to State Farm back in April. My pervious provider for auto insurance wanted to raise my rates, even as a pandemic was spreading accross the nation. Gregory Pec State Farm not only got me a much better rate, they have been FANTASTIC as far as service. Just two months after I switched to them, I was hit and run and my car was totaled. The claims process was AMAZINGLY EASY, and the main focus was taking care of the customer, me. I didn't worry about a thing, and the service they provided was above and beyond any expectations I could have had. They are responsive to every call, and every email in a timely fashion. If you are looking to save money and be treated right, Gregory Pec is your guy!!!!"

"Tim and Gregory have been amazing from the start. We had left State Farm about 5-6 years ago when we lived in Kansas and went to Allstate due to the really high premiums. Pretty soon Allstate seemed crazy high and this past year, after we had moved to Chicago, we reached out to Tim and Gregory because there office had such high reviews. They were crazy easy to deal with and we were able to easily switch all our 4 cars and home over to them in the blink of an eye. Really appreciate all that they do in keeping us updated and responding quickly to messages.!!"
